About the Program
The DMIA Graduate Trainee Program – PROTÉGÉ Ready to Work (RTW) is a structured 8 to 12-month training programme that combines soft skills development and on-the-job training to prepare Malaysian graduates for professional employment. Participants will be placed within DMIA Group and its subsidiaries, gaining hands-on industry experience in departments relevant to their academic background, guided by experienced professionals.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements
Malaysian citizen aged 27 years and below
Degree holder with a CGPA of 3.0 and above (or equivalent)
Unemployed or underemployed after graduation for not more than 2 years
Highly motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
Able to commit to an 8 to 12-month training programme
