The DMIA Graduate Trainee Program – PROTÉGÉ Ready to Work (RTW) is a structured 8 to 12-month training programme that combines soft skills development and on-the-job training to prepare Malaysian graduates for professional employment. Participants will be placed within DMIA Group and its subsidiaries, gaining hands-on industry experience in departments relevant to their academic background, guided by experienced professionals.

Degree holder
